What we do
Professional Inventory Reports
Our inventory reports are detailed and comprehensive, providing all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and transparent tenancy. We use the latest technology to capture a detailed record of the condition and contents of your property.
Inventory and Check-in
We will carry out the inventory report and then meet the new tenants on the day of move-in; hand over keys, manuals and give a brief introduction to the property, including updated meter readings.
Check-out Inventory
This is carried out at the end of the tenancy. We will carry out a direct comparison made between the condition of the property and the original inventory. Side by side photos will be provided for the best comparison. We will also determine liability for any issues found.
Interim Report
An interim inspection is completed during a tenancy agreement, typically every 3-6 months, to review the condition of the property and its contents. It seeks to identify repairs, restoration, or maintenance that the property may require.
We will provide an impartial report of your property, ensuring that both the landlord and tenant are protected in the event of any disputes.
Property Viewings
We understand you might find it hard to arrange viewings for your property if your schedule is busy or you don't live near the property. Whether you are a Landlord or Letting Agent, our property viewing service will allow you to free up your time to focus on the more important aspects of your business.
We can accommodate a one-off viewing, block viewings or open days.
