Regular interim inspections are recommended every 4–6 months throughout a tenancy. If you're unable to visit the property yourself, we'll carry out a professional inspection on your behalf, providing a clear snapshot of the property's condition and highlighting any maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues or other observations that may require attention.
