Inventory & Check-in

We will arrive at your property a couple of hours before your new tenants are due to move in. We will create a brand new inventory and schedule of condition and cleanliness. Once your tenants arrive, we will walk them around the property and explain the inventory to them, pointing out the key details. Your tenant will be asked to sign the report and a digital copy will be sent to all key parties.

If the tenant is unable to attend at the agreed appointment time, we can return to the property to complete the check-in at a mutually convenient time. An additional visit will incur a separate charge. During the appointment, we will explain the inventory, answer any questions and ask the tenant to sign the report. Where instructed, we can also hand over the keys on your behalf, giving you complete peace of mind.
